Lowell Grasse started out as a journeyman Carpenter in 1994 and he and his wife Heidi, who is originally from Didsbury, were looking for a different venture from construction and it seemed a good fit to purchase the lumber yard. Originally it was lumber and weeds and from there they grew the business from one employee in a 30 foot trailer for a store front, fast forward 25 years later, they currently have 3000 sq ft of retail space and 10 employees. There is a large focus on contractor business as well as customer cash & carry.
